Touch-display assemblies, driver & controller boards
An assembly can include the LCD, the touch panel, bonding, and matching boards and cables so the host sees one agreed configuration. Bonding is a process inside this line, not a separate shopfront promise for every construction. HDMI / DVI / eDP-style driver boards and touch controller boards are selected to support that stack; model numbers and firmware are confirmed per project and are not published as a mall catalog here.
- TDM-style stacks: panel + PCAP + air or optical bonding — suitability confirmed on the real materials
- Process topics discussed in-house may include FPCBA-related bonding, OCA lamination, cover-lens / FOG paths and LCD optical bonding (full optical bonding up to 32″) — range ≠ guarantee for every build
- Display path: RGB / LVDS / MIPI / HDMI-board — project-specific
- Touch bus: I²C / USB / other — sample USB on a reference PCAP is not a blanket promise
- Custom cable and connector work: length, exit, stiffener, ZIF pitch, power leads
- COF vs discrete controller board — preference confirmed in the RFQ
