How a brief is handled.

DaMing uses your name, company, email, phone if you gave one, and the project note to answer the inquiry. The form sends those details to sgk@touch-displays.com through FormSubmit.

Before you send

Review the note and the consent box. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer drawings. You can email us instead of using the form.

Delivery provider

FormSubmit processes the submission. Its documentation says submission archives are kept for 30 days. Read the FormSubmit privacy terms and the delivery documentation. A successful response means the request was accepted, not that the recipient inbox has confirmed delivery. Spam filtering or a first-time activation can still block receipt.
